From idea to final pose, here’s how Phoenix designs, prints, and assembles his 3D Heroes—one snap-fit figure at a time.

Step 1: Sketch & Plan

Phoenix starts by imagining poses, gear, and storylines. Sometimes on paper, sometimes with clay mockups.

Step 2: 3D Design

He uses modeling software to sculpt each piece digitally, making sure parts snap together cleanly.

Step 3: Print & Clean

Figures are printed one part at a time, cleaned with tools, and sometimes painted or sanded.

Step 4: Assemble & Pose

Snap-fit joints are tested, balanced, and posed. Then the figure gets a name and story.
